Restorative Yoga RESET

I am beyond excited to welcome back to our studio, Carla Pinto, an incredible yoga instructor and a dear friend. She and her husband have been away for 2 years living in Miami but have recently moved back to Frisco. Carla was one of the first instructors I hired at the studio several years ago when we were just getting started. She teaches a beautiful class, her heart is warm and generous and her students leave feeling centered, calm and joyful. Her deep immersive instruction and practice into mindfulness and how it works on the body and emotions shows wisdom way beyond her years. She will be launching an end of the summer 4 week Restorative Yoga series starting July 19. The series will be held on Thursday evenings from 7 pm to 8:15 pm. Sign up by clicking here, space is extremely limited.

Restorative Yoga is a beneficial practice to balance and renew the body and mind. With the use of passive Asana, postures, supported by props, we enter a state of allowing and stillness, giving the body time to release into each pose. With a slow pace, we allow the muscles and fascia to integrate the benefits of each posture, giving the mind and nervous system time to ease into a state of coherence and harmony. With the support of bodily postures (Asana), breathing technique (Pranayama) and meditation (Dhyana) you are offered the opportunity to relax, heal and restore.
