Carla Pinto

As a mindfulness practitioner, Carla has been integrating meditation, yoga and coaching into a harmonious collaboration to service the health and wellness of the community.

Carla was introduced to Yoga at a young age in collaboration with her extensive dance training. As a Yoga instructor, dance artist and educator, Carla has a strong sense of body intelligence that she exudes to her students by bringing mindfulness into practice. Following a BFA in Dance, her 200 hr RYT certification was completed at the Dallas Yoga Center. Carla’s passion for dance has translated into an anatomically sound teaching style in Yoga, creating conscientiousness and ease in movement. She teaches Yoga to all levels and has experience facilitating children’s creative movement and yoga. Carla’s mission is to continuously be an advocate for self care, personal health and wellness. Believing we are all connected and brought together to share in each others collective consciousness and wisdom. Seeing each student as whole, body, mind and spirit, she is here to hold space for holistic connection and share the art and science of Yoga with the community.
