Exciting New Offerings in August
Hey Friends stay tuned for exciting additions and changes to our schedule in August. We had Restorative Yoga on the schedule in July but had to cancel it due to lack of signups which told me we were all still traveling and busy this summer. We will have it back up after school starts in August plus we are adding some wonderful new classes and workshops in the fall. Yoga Beginnngs starts back up on Tuesday nights next week at 6:30 pm and Holy Yoga Slow Flow moves to Wednesdays


Contentment
