Exciting New Offerings in August
Hey Friends stay tuned for exciting additions and changes to our schedule in August. We had Restorative Yoga on the schedule in July but had to cancel it due to lack of signups which told me we were all still traveling and busy this summer. We will have it back up after school starts in August plus we are adding some wonderful new classes and workshops in the fall. Yoga Beginnngs starts back up on Tuesday nights next week at 6:30 pm and Holy Yoga Slow Flow moves to Wednesdays at 6 pm starting next week. We will have another FREE community class at the Farmer's Market in downtown Frisco tomorrow morning August 29th at 8 am.
I am most excited about some monthly workshops we are offering on certain Friday evenings at 7pm and Saturday mornings at 9 am each month. Come enjoy a two part Community Wellness Event offering yoga paired with inspiration/education on how to live your best and most joy-infused life. We will be covering topics on mindfulness/meditation, using essential oils in daily life for health and well-being, building self-compassion, identifying your deepest desires, self and soul-care techniques (taking risks, learning to be creative, infusing play and laughter into your days, building healthy relationships), healthy nutrition/lifestyle choices. Each class will include a different type of yoga asana (or movement) practice (including gentle, restorative, hatha, or vinyasa yoga), and will incorporate a topic discussion from the list above paired with essential oils and Thai massage. Be sure to sign up to attend as spots are limited and they will go fast. These classes will be donation based, with a suggested donation of $10 per class (although donation is not required to attend, please give what you can). Monies raised will benefit a different non-profit, local cause or community need each month. More info to come.
