Who wants to get long and lean?

Next week, Tuesday August 22 at noon, starts our next 6 week Essentrics class with Bethanne Stufflebean. If you have never tried this class, it is a wonderful way to change the body from the inside out borrowingexercises from dance, pilates and yoga, I left this class feeling longer and leaner having utilized muscle groups I had long neglected.
