Free Yoga/Drum Circle at Frisco Wellness Fair

Sacred Space Instructors are pleased to be leading free yoga, mediation and a drum circle experience at the first annual Frisco Wellness Fair. Join us during the following approximate start times:

Gentle Yoga: 12:15-1 pm

Drum Circle led by Solo Springer: 1:30-2 pm

Guided Meditation and Restorative Yoga 2:30-3pm
