The Lifeologie Institute School for Psychotherapeutic Yoga (LISPY) invites you to explore how you can deepen your practice, broaden your knowledge, and extend your reach. Enjoy a complimentary yoga therapy class, homemade chai and cookies & Q&A about the LISPY school's 200 hour psychotherapeutic yoga training (RYT 200; LPY 200) which begins February 9, 2018.  This teacher training blends the wisdom of the East with Western psychology.  Areas of study include psychopathology, neurobiology, sequencing, chakras and stages of development, sanskrit, teaching psychotherapeutically, and yoga for mental and emotional transformation.  The teacher training will occur on the 2nd weekend of each month from February to December 2018 (skipping July 2018) at The Sacred Space in Frisco.
