Vision Board Workshop

Did you make New Year’s Resolutions?  Did you choose a word to represent 2019?  How is that going so far?  If you want to manifest a particular vision or outcome for the final quarter of 2019 or begin working toward a specific goal for 2020, then come to this workshop where you’ll be guided on how to create a vision board you’ll love and have a constant visual reminder of what you want to achieve in your career, relationships, travel, personal growth, health and more.  There will be short yoga breaks throughout.

Supplies are provided.  Feel free to bring your own old magazines to find inspiration, or I will have plenty.

About Stacy

Stacy Hobbs is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher on the path to complete her 300 hour certification.  She has training in Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Children's Yoga, Hatha and Chair Yoga. She is passionate about teaching people how to relax and be present in their lives.  Yoga and meditation has changed her life which is why she wants to share these tools with you.  Coming to yoga late in life approaching her 50's, Stacy started searching for her "inner truth" and I found it through meditation.  Through this practice she felt more centered, grounded and accepting of who she was.  From there, yoga seemed to be the perfect active compliment to her meditation practice.  In less than a year Stacy decided that teaching yoga/meditation was how she wanted to spend the rest of her time on Earth, even though she wasn't the age or size of your typical yoga instructor.
She found a wonderful teacher with Shannon Caldwell and a welcoming environment with Purple Lotus Yoga Teacher Training and is excited to join the Sacred Space family of instructors.

Stacy has lived in McKinney for over 30 years and is married to the love of her life.  She has three grown children and one beautiful grandson.  She loves to travel. loves hiking and getting out in nature.  Her favorite place to meditate is outdoors among the trees.
