Sacred Space at Frisco Fresh Market Sunday August 18

I am brimming with excitement and to be quite honest am quite bogged down in website work as I am launching 10 NEW INSTRUCTORS at Sacred Space this Fall. Come join us at the Frisco Fresh Market this Sunday August 18 from 10 am to 4 pm and enjoy FREE Demo Classes, Drum Circle and meet many of our newest instructors who are offering amazing things here in this humble space I have built. You will find us right at the front near the wall mural, practicing our skills in the courtyard in front of the food booths. Below is the tentative schedule of classes and events that day.

10am - 10:45 am: Free Vinyasa Yoga with Tia Bowdler Enjoy your Sunday morning yoga practice before buying your veggies as Tia leads you in yoga postures that combine movement and breath work in a seamless and beautiful practice. All levels welcome.

11am -11:30 am: Morning Drum Circle with Solo Springer Join us for a morning drum circle party and joyful release through shared Afro-Caribbean rhythms. Sacred Space hosts the only drum circle in Collin County, come try it out--seriously one of the most fun times to be had in Frisco today.

11:45 am -12:30 pm: Expressive Arts Demo Class with Leslie Typrin Get Your Groove Back with Wild Woman Expressive Arts. Come Express Yourself and experience more power, freedom, and joy in your body! Using playful movement, improv, and simple creative prompts you will get into your groove, discover your own rhythm and creative expression. Live drum jams will accompany this class to help inspire your creativity.

12:45pm -1:15 pm: The Power of Visualization Guided Meditation with Irina Silva

1:30pm - 2:30pm: Yoga and Live Drum Circle Fusion with Solo Springer and Sacred Space staff Come participate in two of our favorite body and mind tuning practices--drumming and getting your yoga on! This unique fusion event will feature live Afro-Caribbean drum beats while you salute the sun on your mat. All levels welcome. Your journey into fun and flexibility will be guided by soul-focused transformational instructors from Sacred Space.

In addition to these classes and demos we will have some of our newest instructors to talk to you about our new yoga classes, horse guided wisdom experiences, and we will have some handmade African drums for sale in case you want your own for drum circle each month.
