Teaching Yoga in Cambodia

Many of you know I went to Cambodia and Thailand in January with the Young Living Foundation to witness the work of Hope for Justice who works to restore victims of human trafficking there. Many of you may know what a wonderful opportunity this was for me since I worked to help stop trafficking in this part of the world over 10 years ago. It was a great privilege to see the progress that has been made in Cambodia in rehabilitating these young victims of such a heinous crime. It was also a great privilege to get to teach a trauma informed Yoga class on emotions to 37 girls who had been rescued. I wanted to share this video with all of you who knew about this journey and what it has meant to me personally.
