The essence of yoga is the patient marriage of body and spirit. The word yoga is Sanskrit for union. At Ritual, we celebrate this union. The union of breath and movement; the union of body and spirit. The daily practice of coming to your mat to unite the body and soul is the foundation of Ritual Yoga.

Ritual Yoga is more than just physical exercise, it is an entire body experience. One that requires being in the present moment, moving with purpose, and connecting at a deeper mental, physical and spiritual level.

This class will guide you through deepening levels of breath, yoga postures, self-awareness, and an exploration of the body, mind and spirit.

The physical postures will be taught, enhanced and refined, so this class is appropriate for practitioners of all levels from students who are taking their first class to students who have been practicing for years.

Instructor Megan Flynn

Megan Flynn is a wellness professional who teaches people how to relax and connect with themselves for clarity in their lives. She specializes in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing and Energy Balancing. Her yoga classes focus on linking the breath with movement and correct alignment for optimal results. She guides her students to find ease in their practice and then growing to constantly challenge themselves. Her focus is to help people improve their lives by reducing physical pain, mental and emotional stress. 


Megan graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice. In 2014, she completed 200 hours in yoga teacher training. In 2017, she became attuned to Reiki and two years later she received her certification as a Reiki Master. She offers classes, workshops and private sessions to help clients become the best versions of themselves.
