Discover the LifeLine Technique®

with Mary Alexander

Naturopath, Certified LifeLine Practitioner, and Reiki Master

Symptoms and stress. We all have them. What the LifeLine Technique® offers is a way to bridge the gap between the conscious, choosing mind and the subconscious, reactive mind. It finds and harmonizes the root causes of physical and emotional stress. At the core of every stressful situation or physical dis-ease are emotions that have been buried within our subconscious minds. When we process our subconscious emotions with intention, we allow our bodies to heal and our lives to move forward. We awaken to the best version of ourselves!

Rather than viewing symptoms as problems we must 'deal with', medicate, or overcome, we begin to recognize that these symptoms are awakening us to our true nature - a balanced and thriving spirit of pure love.

What is the mind’s role in the body’s potential for healing? It’s THE placebo. It’s THE answer.  When stress occurs, it affects the flow of subtle energy in our bodies – we become acidic, inflamed, we form adhesions and scar tissue, and we degenerate.

But stress is just perception. We don’t perceive the truth – we perceive what we believe. Limiting belief is limiting perceptions.

Through the LifeLine, we can access the mind’s consciousness and connect to the energy that connects all of us, and we can shift that stress into growth. Your system cannot heal or learn under stress. Shifting perception immediately makes changes in the body.

As we open up the mind in a gentle, non-invasive way, we can help you to choose how to respond to situations rather than living from a place of reaction.  The sessions can be non-content, meaning you do not need to share details or past experiences in order to heal. We also focus on the Five Basics for Optimal Health – the quantity, quality and frequency of water, food, rest, exercise and owning your power.
