Karen teaches a creative and energetic flow class that combines movement, breath and expression.
She is a 500 hour teacher, trained and certified by Tracy Carruth and has completed teacher training with Lakshmi Voelker (Chair Yoga) and Camilla Nair (Aqua Kriya Yoga). She has attended a variety of classes and workshops in Yin, Gentle and Restorative Yoga, as well as Meditation and Ayurvedic Principles. Her work integrates yoga and mindfulness with an emphasis on awareness to the physical sensations, emotions and thoughts throughout the practice. Karen's intention is to develop a conscious connection of mindfulness and balance between movement, breath, strength and enjoyment in the present moment.
