CHAKRAS 101 (Learning objectives each week)
How can we use this ancient knowledge to transform our everyday lives?
This workshop will consist of a weekly 45 min yoga practice and a 45 min meditation session with an option for energy balancing. Each week we will focus on particular chakras to identify any energy blocks. As the chakras become balanced, we increase the energy flowing through our system.
Week 1: root chakra
This is the foundation and the most instinctual of all the chakras because it is the survival center. Lacking a good base, nothing that follows will be long lasting.
Week 2: sacral and solar plexus chakras
This is the creativity and personal power centers. Establish abundance and confidence in the direction of your goals.
Week 3: heart and throat chakras
This is the love and expression centers. Encourage free flowing love and open communication.
Week 4: third eye and crown chakras
This is the comprehension and transcendence centers. Engage our intuition and imagination to the answers one seeks in life

There are many benefits of sound healing including improving sleep, increasing creativity and intuition, cleanse negative energy and harmonize emotions.
Instructor: Megan Flynn, Reiki Master, RYT 200
Megan Flynn is a wellness professional who teaches people how to relax and connect with themselves for clarity in their lives. She specializes in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing and Energy Balancing. Her yoga classes focus on linking the breath with movement and correct alignment for optimal results. She guides her students to find ease in their practice and then growing to constantly challenge themselves. Her focus is to help people improve their lives by reducing physical pain, mental and emotional stress.
Megan graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice. In 2014, she completed 200 hours in yoga teacher training. In 2017, she became attuned to Reiki and two years later she received her certification as a Reiki Master. She offers classes, workshops and private sessions to help clients become the best versions of themselves.
